  • What shipping method does foneGEAR use?
  • foneGEAR online store orders are shipped via UPS Ground Services (3-5 day delivery). Rush orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day or Overnight Services at extra charge.

    Please note that all orders under $100.00 from Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK), will ship via U.S. Mail.

  • How much is shipping and handling?
  • Please see the below for UPS Ground shipping charges. 2nd day service is available for $12.00, and Overnight service is available for $30 (within the Continental US).

    2 Day - $12.00
    *Orders over $35 are shipped for free.

  • How long does foneGEAR take to ship my order and how long will the different shipping methods take?
  • Please allow approximately one business day for order processing. foneGEAR will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date.

  • Does foneGEAR ship to international addresses?
  • At this time we accept orders for the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to extra international shipping charges.

  • What is the status of my order?
  • Orders can be tracked online or by contacting a customer service representative. If you have placed an order and have entered your e-mail address then you will receive a UPS Tracking Number via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. Once you receive the tracking number you may track your order at any time online at www.ups.com. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact one of our customer service representatives and they will gladly give you the status of your order.

  • Does foneGEAR accept C.O.D. orders?
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders at this time for online orders.

  • How do I get on the mailing list or receive updates on current releases and sales?
  • When you place an order your name is automatically added to our mailing list and you will begin receiving our email and US Mail messages (which you may opt out of). You may also visit here to sign up. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact a customer service representative.

  • Can I send a check for my order?
  • foneGEAR can accept a certified check drawn from a US bank, but does not accept personal checks, or money orders. Please note that sales tax must be applied to orders originating in Michigan. Send your personal check along with your order to:
